I found the motor windings open so I replaced the motor but it still will not go through the diagnostics motor test any suggestions?

If it does not pass the diagnostic motor test and still gives you the F51 error code then the main board is corrupt and will have to be replaced. You can see this troubleshooting guide for in depth troubleshooting for the Kenmore Oasis Washer F51 Error. Since the Cabrio, Oasis and Bravos model washers all use the same drive system it also covers the F51 error code for those units as well.
