My name is Jessica. My washing machine won’t start washing clothes. I don’t know how to find the part number I need to replace so I can fix it. I have a whirlpool cabrio washer, model # WTW8500DC0. Error codes F5 E2 and F5 E3 keep coming on which indicate a lid lock malfunction. Could you please help me find out what part I need? Thank you so much for your time!

The part you need to replace to fix the F5 E2 and F5 E3 errors for that specific model is the Washer Lid Lock Assembly. You can order it from amazon at the link below.
