Duet washer door won't unlock how can I open it?

Unplug the washer and remove the access panel on the front bottom of the washer, its held on by three screws on the bottom of the panel. Once the panel is removed reach up on the right side and on the bottom of the door lock assembly there is a plastic tab, pull down on that tab and the door will unlock.
