I have a french door refrigerator with the freezer on bottom and water is collecting in the bottom of the freezer and freezing. I have the ice maker turned off where is the water coming from and how do I fix it.

The defrost drain is stopped up causing water to flow back into the freezer when the unit goes into defrost. The drain will have to unstopped to fix it.
