Can’t find my original post about FOE3 whirlpool cabrio WTW8500DC0 washing machine

I have a wtw8500dc0 cabrio washing machine. One technician on here already advised me to purchase a water inlet valve to fix the not filling issue. I have ordered that. I have one more question but cannot find my original post. Before the not filling issue, it was washing fine but at the end of each cycle the clothes will still be soaking wet. I have to start it back on a rinse/spin only cycle and it will do it just fine to get the water out of the clothes. How can I fix this problem? My machine has a FE03 code but I am sure that is unrelated. The code is probably just the bearing noise I hear sometimes.
