Usually when the freezer is working but the fridge is not getting cold enough it’s either the evaporator fan in the freezer not running or a defrost problem. When it does not go into defrost properly it causes ice to build up on the evaporator coil in the freezer which blocks air flow to the refrigerator section of the unit. Look for ice build up on the back wall of the freezer if you see that you know you have a defrost problem that needs to be repaired.
