My washer shows a UL code. It’s a whirlpool Cabrio/platinum, model number WTW8900BC0. I have replace the stater and the suspension rod kit. The problem still hasn’t been fixed. Is there anything else I can do? Thanks!

Hello,
When the UL error persists after the repairs you have already made then the problem is likely going to be drag on the drive system. You will need to pull the tub and clean the shaft with fine grit sandpaper to remove all the built up soap scum. Get the shaft as clean as possible. In some cases the shaft is so eat up that the only solution is to replace the shaft and bearings on the washer.
