The door gasket failed causing a major leak but replacing the door gasket stopped the major leak.  A minor leak, about one drip drop every 30 seconds from both sides and the middle still occurs.

I disassembled the door and managed to extract an L-shaped piece of PVC with a seal strip along its inner edge from the bottom of the door assembly.  Its 8-9 years of age is apparent, because the seal is both hardened and warped.

The item is key number 3 in the drawing, between the two door hinges in the attached screen shot. (key 12 is the screws, not the seal piece)

Is there a trick to finding a source for this part?  Lots of other parts but not this one on several sites.
