What does the E25 error code mean on my Kenmore dishwasher?
The E25 error code on a Kenmore dishwasher typically indicates a problem with the dishwasher’s water drain system. This could be due to a clog or blockage in the drain hose, a faulty drain pump, or an issue with the sump assembly. It’s recommended to check these components for any visible issues and clean or replace them as necessary.
You will probably need to completely remove the dishwasher and disconnect the drain hose that’s located beneath the tub. By blowing through this hose, you can ensure that it’s unobstructed all the way up to the disposal or drain under your sink. If, after all these checks, everything appears to be clear, then the issue likely lies with the drain pump itself, which will need to be replaced.
Just for clarification if you have a Kenmore diswasher that uses the E25 Error Code, your dishwasher is actually made by Bosch for Sears and it just carries the Kenmore name brand.
