WHIRLPOOL CABRIO WASHER ERROR F3E1
The Cabrio Washer F3E1 error code means the control is detecting an issue with the water level pressure switch signal range.
- Unplug the washer for five minutes, plug it back in, and see if the board resets.
- If the reset above did not work and the error persists, unplug it again, remove the back panel from the console and check that that water level pressure switch hose is not pinched, kinked, and is appropriately connected to the back of the board. If all that looks good then check the hose for holes if it can’t hold air pressure, it will not work correctly. Make sure there is no blockage or buildup in the tube that is not allowing air to pass through it.
- If the hose checks out ok, then the most likely the board will have to be replaced because the water level pressure switch is built into the board on the Cabrio washers. There are some diagnostics you can do if you have an ohm/voltmeter.
